If it weren't for you all we would never consider returning to the hills. However the students working in the rental area made up for her incompetence and rudeness by going the extra mile to provide us with great service after we shared our concerns. Our opinion is of that she should not be working directly with the guests of the ski hill nor the public. We were in shock and completely frustrated and disappointed with her customers service skills. Her attitude was so rude and unprofessional that we didn't feel like we were welcome or that our business was appreciated. ![]() Instead stressing us out about what we should have done after paying upwards of $200 in rental fees and lift tickets combined. She continued on to tell us that if we wanted a lesson we should have booked ahead of time on line and wasn't helpful assisting us with our current needs. Her tone was so unprofessional as she continued to insult us and our decision to snow board and tried to push us being our first time on the hill into skiing instead of what we wanted to do which was try our hand at snow boarding. She was speaking to us like we were children and demanding we pull our masks up before helping us as we were both wearing masks however mine was falling just under my nose. Immediately we were greeted with an abrupt rude tone and demeaner from the older lady behind the ticket purchase desk.
